The Staff was superb, the facility itself was immaculate and the breakfast offerings were second to none I've enjoyed anywhere else. The staff, from the Manager on Duty down to and including the fella preparing the breakfast offerings, all genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs ! "The staff was outstanding! We enjoyed the size of the room and the equipped kitchen. The little alcove outside the bathroom was a nice touch for two people getting ready. The outdoor seating areas were nice in the evening with fire pit going. Would definitely recommend this place."

What matter is the room was clean and comfortable, and the location is walkable to Uptown Kingston. I didn’t like that my one window was interior facing to this weird natatorium courtyard, where the pool and gym were. It smelled like chlorine. The gym had a set of dumbbells but every weight category was missing except for 35, 40, 45, 50 lbs. The...

They moved me to a new hotel where I had to book a new room and pay for it out of pocket. They said I would be refunded but then refused when I asked. Do mot book this hotel."
