"Clean bathroom. Great shower with needed grab bars. Nice bkfst variety. Evening check-in staff very friendly. Loved the comfort of the bed except could barely get into the bed due to being too high. Why so high? Short people were not considered. Bathroom needs a counter. No place to lay hygiene products. Overall a nice quiet stay."

"The lady that checked me in was wonderful and very nice. The door by where I parked never locked and that concerned me, as the property was not secured. Walking through to get to my room with my children was unpleasant as the building reeked of marijuana. I understand it is legal in the state but I was not expecting to encounter it at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable - so the staff were great!"

"The hotel its self was alright. The room was a nice size. We had a pull out couch but with no sheets or pillows to use with it. We requested them 3 times and the finally brought them at midnight. We have 3 small children, so we just went out and got our own. We also requested more towels twice and never got them. The fire alarm went off a total of 8 times in the 2 nights we stayed there. "We have stayed here probably fifteen times or more and it seems to us that things are getting pretty lax. There was no soap in shower, no kleenixes in holder, and the room smelled musty. When trying to obtain two extra towels, no one appeared at front desk for five minutes and then I left. Then front desk girl on Sunday told us breakfast was at six, but didn't start til seven. Maybe comfort suites is a better option next time."

The king suite is actually two rooms which could be useful for some people but the sitting area has no window. Ms Mel in the spotless breakfast area brightens up a rainy morning with her cheerful service. "The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful, helping me to figure out the public transportation system to get to a concert on an extremely busy weekend. The breakfast is minimal, but has enough basics to get you through and there's a Bob Evans less than a minute down the road if you want something more. "The staff was kind and the hotel was pretty clean. The pool had strange amounts of hair in it and there were no towels in the pool area as well as our room. We felt they weren't telling us the real reason we were not allowed in our room when we got there after check-in time. It was a very strange interaction but felt that if they'd just told us the truth, we wouldn't have felt like we were being lied to."
