"We checked in 7/30/26 around 2:00ish. The young lady behind the counter was everything a person in the service business shouldn't be. What they should be is friendly, attentive and helpful. She was there the next morning around 9:00am when we came down for breakfast. Unfortunately her behavior the day before wasn't an exception. this time she bordered on the edge of downright rude when I asked for extra pillows and towels. The other staff members we interacted with for our 4 night stay were great."
