"Liked how clean and great the staff were"

"Always a wonderful stay and this time was no different even with 30 of our family staying at the Hotel."

"I’ll always stay in the main tower, but this time I stayed on the northside tower and it’s not good at all. had a weird fragrance smell. The floor is squeaky all the time you can hear everything from the neighbors way too far from the casino floor hard to get to it. I don’t recommend staying on the north side tower."

"Prefer to not be on the I-80 fwy side! Didn’t get good sleep at all. Vending machine was somewhat empty in the 3rd floor by elevator. The Deli was great for food. Service was very good! Hopefully this will still be my go to spot on my travels."

"Conveniently located near the airport (almost walking distance) and they offer a free shuttle. The price was reasonable and the rooms were very clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was very good as well."

"I almost never complain but my initial room was filthy. carpet was torn, smelled like urine and heavy cleaning supplies. They were nice enough to place me in a different room but that one had a used Kleenex by the bed and dead bug on the carpet. I questioned whether the sheets had been washed and decided to sleep in my clothes."

"Staff was really friendly and likable, helpful. The breakfast was great. Lots of options and well done. Great staff. The room was looking a little worn….could probably use a deep clean and some fresh paint, but was neat and bed was comfortable and clean. The only complaint was the shower. The drain didn’t work well and we were standing in an inch or two of water. We were afraid it was going to overflow."

"This is a simple hotel with all the amenities you need. In our case, we wanted to be outdoors the whole weekend, so we didn't need a fancy hotel, just a place to sleep. Be aware that if you arrive late in the evening, you will have to call a phone number to talk to an operator to check in and get your key out of a lock box."

"Worked well for my show to stay close by. Was great all in all but bummed there were no microwaves available on the property as I had meal prep and needed one. Otherwise everything was clean and in working order! Staff was helpful for any questions and the valet service was fabulous!"

"Rooms smelled like pot. Had to get 1 room switched. Pool was not in service."

"The shower is not clean, moldy and towel are pretty old. Hair on the wall not working. Ice maker are not working. The room is not available when we get there. Check in is at 3pm and the room is not ready. The room i book with 2 queen beds is not available and they offer sofa bed and the extra blankets are old with holes on it. I don't recommend this hotel and the staff are not friendly help you with the issue. And they charge you extra of having a sofa bed. Don't recommend it at all."

"I truly love staying at this hotel, it is generally my first choice. It is close enough to walk to Greater Nevada Field, or the event center. Midtown depending on how far you want to venture you can walk or drive a short way and park and walk through the rest. Everyone in the hotel is accommodating. Whenever I have prepaid, if they can let me check in early they do or at minimum part all my stuff in the lot and then I walk around downtown. Family friendly, unique and nice bathrooms too. Love...
