"Great hotel next to a metro station so very easy to get around Osaka. Its in the quieter part of town, more business district but that was fine for us having been in the busier parts of Osaka. Walking distance to the castle and lots of good restaurants in walking distance to the hotel. Hotel was very clean, comfortable beds and modern facilities. Excellent value for money based on what we paid for 2 twin rooms. Can't fault the hotel, would stay again."

"Can’t beat the location! The reason for the 4 star rating for the hotel room on the 3rd floor was because of the awful smell in the bathroom which I assumed is from sewage system. I contemplated requesting a room room change but we were only there for 4 nights"

"This place is outstanding - the onsen makes it - spent my entire time coming and going into the baths - sauna - cold plunge - just totally outstanding in every way."

"Room was very comfy for a single traveler, and it has all that you need. Clean towels are given out and garbage taken away everyday."

"Excellent Location, and Helpful Tips We had a very good stay at Hotel Hankyu RESPIRE Osaka and would happily return! Location: Fantastic! Hotel sits atop a huge shopping complex with easy train access, a restaurant floor with plenty of choices, and basement access to a grocery store, McDonald’s, and a pharmacy. Despite the hotel’s size, elevator waits were never over five minutes. Breakfast & Service: Good variety at breakfast of both Eastern and Western fair, with staff efficiently managing...

"Overall everything was great, except the room doesn’t have a night light or floor light can leave on while you are sleeping. We left the ceiling light on in toilet while we are sleeping, but it’s too bright shine through the glass from bathroom, we didn’t get to sleep at all, that’s one thing I hope the hotel can fix it. We were enjoyed our stay, hopefully the problem can be solved, and I will bring my family and grandchildren to visit and stay again."

"Nous avons adoré l'hôtel. L'endroit est très bien situé, propre, le personnel serviable et la chambre est grande en comparaison aux autres hôtels où nous avons séjourné. Le seul point négatif est que le lit et les oreillers sont très durs."

"This was a great choice if staying in the Osaka area. Room was comfortable, staff was super friendly."

"This is a fabulous place to stay. 5-10 minutes from Namba station, Dotonburi area and the canal. Staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful especially Jerry with his local knowledge and excellent English. Being able to wash and dry a full load of clothes in an hour for 600 yen was a bonus. The room was plenty big enough with great power and wifi connections. Add in a free breakfast, coffee and cocoa machine, cold water and you have the ideal place to stay. Can’t recommend this hotel highly...

"Laundry in the room included. AC heat adjustable. Free coffee in the morning."
