The staff was amazing and very helpful despite the language barrier. The room was spotless, the building was spotless. Breakfast was included, always fresh. Dinner was also included. This location is right next to Saijo station - an excellent place to stay with quick access to Sakagura street to visit all of the sake breweries. Yutori
The room was wonderful and clean. But the pillows were very thin. You need to get softer, thicker pillows. Everything else was great. We will stay there again if we are ever back that way.
