"Very clean rooms"

"The rooms are OLD and musty! The room wasn’t ready at 4:30 P.M. and someone was supposed to call or text me when it was ready and did not. We finally got in at 5:30 p.m.. The rooms offer ONE usb outlet for charging and limited plugs in the room. The bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. I asked for more towels one morning and by the evening, we still didn’t have them. I had to call. I found NO value in their rewards card as well. Do NOT recommend staying here."

"The front desk staff was amazing. The breakfast options was great. Although the people that stayed in the room overnight told me when i got back that they kept smelling cigarette smell coming thru the airconditioner. Which i think it came from ppl smoking outside. But it was a bit overwhelming for them."

"The staff were great including reception and restaurant. Issues were holes in the sheets and cracked glass windows looking outside towards the river. For what I paid, I expected more."

"Nice place even though it was in a bad neighborhood. Concerned about my car at night. The room was spacious and had a full kitchen. When I called the day before inquiring about what exit to take, they didn't know."

"They should let you know if the pool is closed for the whole season. I was looking forward to laying out by the pool, but its closed. Also, we got a room with the big jetted tub. No stopper for the tub. Other than that it was a nice stay. The staff was super nice and helpful."

"The room nor bathroom was cleaned, and the shower water drippled all night. The smell of the room was awful, it smelled like meldew and mold and everything felt like it was wet. When I mention it to the front desk, she just said I'll let management know.... I'll never stay here again....."
