"It was a good place, carpet needs some deep cleaning. First night TV didn’t work but finally started during the night and after that played well the rest of the week. Staff was really great, answered all of our questions, very helpful. Breakfast needs some help. Coffee needed a lot of help. We were so hoping for some good community coffee or at least some brewed coffee and not instant. Parking was good mainly because they were never full while we were there. Not sure we will stay there again."

"This place is truly a hidden gem. Close to downtown for the restaurants and activities, but in a nice neighborhood. So much here, beautiful rooms and even a big backyard. The comman areas are delightful, and our room was even better. Enjoyed the big soaker tub with the jets."

Everyone we encountered from check in to check out and even the person working around the hotel that we passed in the hallway went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay."

"My kids and I stayed 5 nights and we enjoyed it. It's an older hotel so there are some items that need addressing. When we got there some storms had come through and knocked the power out and the elevators were down for many hours so we had to hike up 9 flights of stairs 3 times and on the last time we decided to carry our luggage up to the room. The elevators never really seemed to work properly after that. But they were running. A handle on one of the shower doors was broke. My youngest...
