"The hotel and furniture looks outdated. It is in need of a severe upgrade. The cleanliness of our room was questionable and the carpet looked dingy. Our toilet had to be repaired. The elevator was out of commission for several hours. My husband is a heart patient. As a result of the elevator being repaired he was forced to walk up several flights of stairs to our room. I was also charged two different rates for our hotel stay. "

"We booked a king, dropped our luggage off. Went to concert, realized we had two queens. Contacted hotel and was informed over booking or reservation issues and that’s all they had. But, I explained it allowed me to book. Must of been after us. Needless to say, we weren’t happy."

"no the room wasn't spotless in that someone had patched a sheetrock square (shoddy job) and left the sheetrock dust on floor molding and floor, really? Also, they want you to be responsible for damages like most hotels and there was a crack in bathroom sink where somone had dropped something very heavy. Alll I could do was report it to desk that i had not done it.. Get it fixed or replace it. The entire neighborhood had closed / run down hotels across street and nearby...not a good sign."

"Rooms were freaking gross. Hair, dirt and dust on the tile floor at the entry and bathroom. Toe nails on the carpet by the dresser. Our rooms were never cleaned/serviced over 4 days. No breakfast in the mornings, no pool (says it’s being renovated, but no sign of any construction happening), weight room is dilapidated and the hall ways were filthy. We only stayed cause options were limited due to a national wrestling tournament happening and there was limited availability for rooms at a...

"Parking is very easy, carts are easily accessible and available for moving in and out! Ac works very well! Beds were comfortable. I have only one complaint…the toilet is very low! Being handicapped (recovering from 2messed up knee surgeries) I needed help getting down and getting up! All else acceded expectations!!"

"The floor we stayed on was so loud making it impossible to sleep even though we had to get up early. Every night someone was running through the halls or slamming door and arguing on the phone. The staff were hands down the best but until a curfew is implemented for kids running around all night I highly doubt I would come back and stay, and I was there with my own teenage kids and they were bothered and it was hard to sleep even for them."
