"Great location. I loved the lobby area; the decor and the wonderful scent. The welcome with valet parking and a complimentary drink was an excellent service. The room was very nice, with a huge bathroom, comfortable beds, and a great view. The breakfast was very complete and offered a great buffet selection. My only criticism is the noise. I stayed over the weekend, and the combination of the hotel’s nightclub and a party taking place made the loud music late at night quite bothersome."

"Overall, I had a good experience. This is a great hotel for a short stay when arriving in or leaving Santo Domingo, especially because it’s conveniently located near the airport. The food is very good and reasonably priced, and the breakfast offers several choices. The staff may be limited, but everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful, and willing to assist. "First time visitors to Jarabacoa and I cannot be happier with our hotel selection. The staff is there to greet you in the lobby, the cleaning ladies are very sweet and attentive. The breakfast crew was always on point as well as the service in the pool. Dinner I suggest you do early bc the kitchen can get busy since patrons outside of the hotel are allowed to come by to eat. The cleanliness there is top notch, I wish they had a fitness room but they had some tennis courts available for use....

"Room was outdated and found a barely dead roach in my room river view. But the view was good and didn’t have any issues with any other bugs in my room. Staff is nice. Only down side is in restaurant to drink my own wine with food I ordered from them they wanted me to pay them 60% of their list price of that bottle. So what I paid for bottle +just give them like $15-20 because I didn’t buy from them. Restaurant has an amazing river view"
