"The room we got I had a bad septic problem. The toilet backed up three times on our stay. The shower wouldn’t drain overall the whole resort, Laks maintenance issues. I’ve seen many problems around there. it was a good stay, but I would not read it. Excellent the food was OK the drinks we’re good all the liquor they used was from Dominica if you wanted something like absolute vodka top shelf."

"My husband and i stayed here for 5 days, and we had a wonderful time! From Rosa at the front desk who took care of us and made sure we had a beautiful room with a stunning view to Junior the pool concierge who had our cabanas ready every morning and checked on us. Danny at The Reef made sure the drinks kept flowing and Wander kept us inform of all the activities. We had a beautiful time! Everyone was attentive, and made sure we enjoyed our vacation. "

"Staff at RIU is amazing, they provide excellent service. Location is great with beautiful beach 🏝️. Property is well maintained. Food is great. Spa and wellness, very good. The only thing where I would like to see some improvements are rooms that can use some updates, bed mattresses are slightly too firm for my preference. Overall I would recommend this property to my friends and family."
