"An absolutely charming property with an artsy vibe, steps away from the Denver Art Museum complex and across the street from a converted school featuring a cafe, beer garden and small shops. The room was comfy, clean and fun. The absolute abundance of dishes for such a small space was comical, but the microwave/fridge set up was nice to have. Pretty good pod coffee too. Don't miss out on the bottom floor with an atmospheric small table area great for eating take out, and a large conference room...

"This B&B is 100+ year old mansion with beautiful woodwork and stained glass. It has character. Our room and bed were large and very comfortable. The neighborhood is not packed with restaurants to walk to, but it I really enjoyed walking around in the morning seeing many similar well maintained with great facades but generally smaller mansions from long ago. I would stay there again."

"The hotel features great decor and architecture but this was undermined by a poor experience. The hotel does not have a proper events venue so it uses the restaurant to host weddings and other private events that deny access to the guests of the hotel. Hotel guests should be a priority for this type of hotel and unfortunately that is not the case. We were asked to walk to another restaurant for restaurant service and directed to eat snacks from the minibar instead. During our stay there were...

"We just loved this cute hotel. It is built in an old school and the vibe it gives off is spacious and fun. The details of the decorations all tie in with an old school feel. The restaurant/bar had great food and drinks. It is located in a great spot to walk to other things in down town. The area was nice and safe. The employees at the front desk were friendly and knowledgable. We will definitely stay here again."

"Doormen and valet is amazing, they know what they're doing!! Check-in and check-out was a little clunky. Almost like it was their first time. Just had a weird vibe. Also the fire alarm went off at around 6am. No staff communication, no mention of it during check-out. Maybe it's normal to the staff but it wasn't normal to me. Overall, a 4 star stay at a very expensive downtown hotel. I'd try another hotel downtown before I booked here again."
