"Great location for day travel both around and out of the city. Connected to Tokyo Station. The staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast gives you choice of western or Japanese style dishes. The wait staff in the restaurant are also friendly. Hundreds of Restaurants in the station for dinner. Strong recommendation if you’re going to Tokyo"

"The rooms were small but expected that in japan, but still really comfortable. Me and my S/O fit perfectly in a 1 queen bed room. Bathroom was nice and loved the bathtub! Nice shower and bath supples. You can log in to your own netflix to your tv which was nice. The breakfast was amazing! Loved the fried eggs and omlettes. Lots of options for food. And the juice is AMAZING! "

"I wish the Godzilla terrace was open. The beds are very hard like a board. Great location in the heart of Shinjuku. Good access to subway and train. The limousine bus stop to and from the airport is one block away."
