I stayed at the Lotus Saigon for a week. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from the rooftop pool was fantastic for inner-city. The buffet breakfast included was good. I found it easy to ealk around and things like the market was closer than i thought. The staff were great with helping me to book tours also. I would happily recommend and stay there again

The hotel is well located for local attractions. is a bit old & dated, could do with make over. Room was regularly cleaned, with fresh towels supplied. Breakfast is a buffet style, not much choice but adequate. (Food is often cold though) Pool area a bit small but nice. Staff are pleasant enough.

Agree that it's a little dated but the room was clean and large. Balcony was fine but wouldn't bother next time as the roof top swimming pool area was great. Wonderful views, drinks available and nice and cool up there. Breakfast was a mix of food (western and Vietnamese) but plentiful and fine. Location was good - 6 minute walk from Burning Monk Statue (Thich Quang Duc) and then on to Independence palace etc. Great beer bar round the corner - try the hard lemonade 😉

Tai (receptionist) very helpful- comfortable hotel

Great recommendation by the helpful receptionist Duc Tai! Thanks Tai for your great service This clean comfortable spacious hotel is slightly older but has great charm. A short 5mins from the action of D1 - I appreciated being out of the hustle and bustle of the thick of it.

Great Hotel with excellent service and comfort, from great top floor swimming pool to gym! Great restaurant for a nice dinner and great choice on food for breakfast, bread, noodle soup , fried rice and so much more. They also pick me up at airport with their pick up services directly to the hotel. Will absolutely recommend this hotel. So great and helpful staff as well. Looking forward to stay here again.

Pool is good, foyer is good. The room we had was dated and aircon didn’t work and most of the lights didn’t work too.

Ticked all the boxes for me. Was looking for somewhere convenient and quiet. The hotels probably due a makeover but overall it was good. Watch out for the automatic glass doors on the veranda for breakfast, they open a bit slow, to yhe point where i walked into them at breakfast, doh! Would recommend and would stay again
