Room was switched and baited at the last minute as I arrived into Vietnam. Alternative room offered had insects and moved into another room. Mid stay, the owner unilaterally moved our belongings into another room when we weren’t present as they had double booked the room. Claims to have told us at the beginning of this but there were no communication documented when we chatted on WhatsApp and no heads up of the move. Had we known about this upfront, we would have just canceled and moved elsewhere. This isn’t the first time this host has done this. Alternative property was not even in the original building that the reservation was made in. Avoid this host at all cost. Had multiple properties in an alternative building that was run down and her staff is rude and lies about everything. They said that if we didn’t move they would lose money on the next reservation but had no issues moving us multiple times….

I have stayed here many times and the service is always excellent. Check-in and check-out are easy and the staff are super friendly. I don't really want to tell anyone because it is a jewel in terms of places to stay in HCMC.

This is a serviced apartment very close to all the points of interest in HCM. But breakfast was not very good as we had to order and they would deliver to your room. Choices were very limited and all Japanese food which might not be to everyone’s liking.
