他のホテルでは名前を伝えるだけでチェックインをしてくれましたが、ここは名前をつたえても、予約番号をみせてもすんなりと対応してくれませんでした。エクスペディアからの予約メールをみせても、金額が日本語のため分からないということで、ドンに換算して表示したらようやくチェックインになりました。しかし、その後も5分間パスポートとをあずからせてくれ、その間に部屋に案内しますと、他のホテルでさなかなかない対応がありました。 コピーをとるのに時間がかかることを気にしてくれたのかもしれません。 従業員はそんなに愛想はありませんが良い人たちでした。

Nice little gem hidden away in an unlikely area

Really good. Staff friendly and helpful (limited by language). Breakfast was a joke. The local area did not feel very safe. However they can call out taxis to take you where you need to go. Language barrier.

Gekozen om locatie, die niets kan bieden. Receptie had niet door dat ik ook voor ontbijt had betaald. Geen WiFi op m'n IPad op de kamer. Slechte keus dus.

The room maintenance needs improvement. Few light switches didn't work. Shower door was jammed and unable to slide shut. Nice cigarette burn in the bed sheet. The key reader on the door was out of battery and needed replacement. Upon check out I was told I needed to pay for 2 bottled waters, that the receptionist had offered me upon arrival. I don't mind paying, however at least make it explicitly clear that the drinks are not complimentary.

Enjoyable hotel.

My wife stays here every time she goes to Ho Chi Minh to see her Brother. It is close to the Airport and a good deal. She has stayed at a few of the budget hotels around the airport in the last year and this is her favorite.

Very Friendly staff, close to Airport.

The staff at this hotel was wonderful and very helpful they made the stay very enjoyable. The hotel is close to the airport but not in the hotel heavy area. I would say this in one the the friendliest hotels I have stayed at in Vietnam.

お湯が出ない、お風呂のドアが閉まらない

ダブルルームに2連泊でした。最初の部屋は何分たってもお湯が出ず、スタッフさんにも来てもらいましたが無理とのことでした。そしてお風呂は別部屋のバスルームを使って良いとのことでしたが、バスルームを使い終わったらお部屋の鍵を返さなければならない、ベッドにすわってはいけないなど、誓約が多く、アフターバスのケアをするには本当に大変でした。また、バスルームのドアが閉めても全開になってしまうので、床はびしょびしょになっていました。お湯が出ないのはホテルの不手際なのに、お客さんの不便など考えていないようでした。 翌日はお湯の出るお部屋でしたが、バスルームのドアはこちらも閉まらず、大変困りました。 またホテルの場所が分かりづらくタクシーの運転手にホテルの名刺を渡しても中々つきませんでした。また、バインミーのお店が周りに数件あるだけで、レストランはほぼなく、食事に大変不便な場所です。隣に一軒夜にやっているレストランがありますが、貝や鶏肉まで中が血の赤なので、使わないほうがいいと思います。

お湯の出ないホテル

ホーチミンに23時過ぎに到着し、翌早朝の飛行機のために空港近くのホテルを探し、価格と評価の面からこのホテルにしました。実際、ホテルは空港から近くはなく、路地に入ったわかりづらい場所で、近くにコンビニも何もありませんでした。このホテルに特に不満な点は２つあります。パスポートがデポジットと、シャワーのお湯です。チェックイン時に、パスポートを見せるだけなら良いのですが、クレジットで支払っているにもかかわらず、朝までパスポートは返せないと言われ、嫌だと答えると、パスポートをコピーしようとしていましたが、コピー機が壊れて使えず、24時を過ぎていて早く部屋に行きたいのに非常に待たされました。また、シャワーのお湯が出ず使えませんでした。部屋の広さやアメニティは価格相応でしたが、禁煙ルームのはずなのに灰皿がありました。また、壁が薄いのか廊下を歩く音、チェックインの声や不思議な音が聞こえ、時々びっくりすることもありました。雰囲気も暗いですし、もう泊まりたくないです。

Inconveniences....

Broken door key(had to get them to open the door everytime, and receptionist had the nerve to ask me for broken key when I went out. I left it in slot to charge batteries in room because it was broken anyway), was overcharged 3x local price for a bottle of water....I stayed at 4 stars hotels and paid cheaper for water if at all free...everything in hotel feels like overpriced...between being far away, overpriced, I wouldn't stay here again. You can get better deal elsewhere.

Awaiting forgetter times

Hotel is obviously passed its prime. Pros: inexpensive single rooms with normal amenities always available. Not far from airport. Cons: far from downtown Saigon; two floors occupied by spa in need of serious update --- I would not pay what they ask for their services there. Nothing much around but typical Saigon neighborhoods. Overall: no more then a single star hotel.

Khu vực yên tĩnh, có thể đi bộ dài dài tìm tiệm ăn vừa ý, không nhiều xe cộ ồn ào như bên ngoài đường lộ chính, gần trường sinh viên học có nhiều quán ăn đặt biệt rất ngon và rẽ. Suppermarket cũng khá gần khoảng 700m, có thể mua thức ăn nóng mới nấu sẳn giá phải chăng và chè tráng miệng hay bánh ít bánh bèo vừa ngon vừa vệ sinh, Suppermarket mở cửa tới 22 giờ, từ Suppermarket có nhiều trạm xe Bus nối các tuyến đường về thẳng trung tâm TP Hồ chí Minh, chợ Bến Thành Quận 1, hoặc xe bus về thẳng Chợ-lớn quận 5 hoặc quận 6 đi ngang qua ngay cổng chính ga xe lửa Saigon ở quận 1. Từ trường học cho các sinh viên gần đó cũng có xe Bus chạy thẳng về chợ Bến thành đi ngang qua chợ Tân Định. Giá vé mỗi chuyến xe bus chỉ từ 5000 đ đến 6000đ cho mỗi người. Nhân viên khách sạn nhiệt tình như trong gia đình và tánh tình rất chất phát, khiến chồng tôi là người Đức dù ở Q1 tiện việc đi lại, nhưng nhất định quay về ks Hòn Én ở, dù phải đón xe Bus hơi xa hơn ở ngay trung tâm Q.1, nhưng ông vẫn thích.

prix pas cher, pratique pour arrivée tardivement d'airport ou départ tôt le matin, Chambre large, bien aérée , lumineuse, très proche d'airport , agréable repos après un long voyage en avion Attention, Pas de petit déjeuner sur place . quartier de banlieue, loin du centre , mais vie locale animée et intéressante, marchés, restaurants de rue à gogo, partout, boutiques de vêtements et chaussures, sorties d'usine la nuit , université, écoles autour, donc nourritures et achats pas chers aux prix d'étudiants Sinon, taxi , ou prendre 2 lignes de bus local, à 6 000 ou 7 000 DONG, pour aller directement au coeur de la ville de HCM , ( la grande cathédrale, le marché centrale BEN THANH ), pas cher , pratique et voir ainsi la vie des gens du pays .

Greit flyplasshotell.

Greit for en overnatting når du skal videre neste dag. Kort avstand til flyplassen. Frokosten var litt spesiell, et stekt egg i midten på tallerken, med tomat og agurk rundt, og en stor baguett ved siden av. Blir nok den frokosten vi husker best fra oppholdet i Vietnam. Alt i alt en grei overnatting.

Even though the room was small, it was really good and equipped with everything. Facilities are new and clean. It costed less than 140,000 VND from this hotel to the airport. It's close to the airport.
