The notification for entering the room was initially set to 24 hours in advance, but it was later changed to 12 hours before, and finally to after 2 PM. The pictures of the room did not match the actual room upon arrival. The room was located on an office floor, not a residential one. There were cracks on the floor and walls of the room. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was dusty and old. The air conditioning unit in the room had many water stains. Attempts to contact the customer service center were no solved.
