Average Stay

The apartment was average…not super up to date or clean but fine. The customer service was great though…they worked with us by refunding us one night because our flight got delayed. Great communicators.

I’ve booked a 3 bedroom apartments and it was wonderful. We had everything we needed to cook our meals. The only thing I would suggest for the property is to utilize AC in the hallway and waiting area. It was very hot going in the lobby and up to my room on the 22nd floor. Once I am in the room, I was fine. Also, the keycard we were given didn’t work well. It took several tries to unlock the door and definitely not user friendly for elderly. My parents couldn’t use it so it was a little inconvenient since we had to be with them at all time to get in and out of the property.
