"We wifi is terrible; I had to sit out on the balcony to have a reliable connection, use it in the pool area or on the rooftop. Inside our room it was almost useless. This was the only hotel I've ever stayed at that did not provide a spare roll of toilet paper so we ran out. When we arrived there was a used/open bottle of water in the mini fridg. "The room was very clean,however the sink,toilet and bath are all in one with any separation, there wasnt any available shower caddys for a comfortable shower,also the quality of the bathing soap needs improvement. The staff is fabulous, its a family owned and managed hotel. Tam Coc is within walking distance, Trang An isnt far away and there are lots of restaurants,bars and massage parlours around. I will stay again and I can recommend this hotel to others."
