"Nice, clean rooms comfortable beds. They were actually queen size breakfast OK"

"Very few positive aspects. Out of the three front desk clerks, two of them were polite and helpful. Mattress was ok. Cleanliness of room was acceptable. Breakfast items were edible. Coffee was good. The location in Zionsville was convenient. Negative aspects include an extraordinarily surly, aggressive and unhelpful front desk clerk immediately upon arrival, very loud guests in the hallway at midnight hours for a long period of time, broken elevator trapped guests and required loud emergency...

"The hotel was nice, clean and quiet. But we tried to get out of our last night due to bad weather that canceled our baseball games for the following day. they would not refund us our last night they said that the hotel was full. Which made no sense, if the hotel was full and I was checking out early then our room is now opened and we went online in the hotel was not full. We could book plenty of rooms so the reason they gave us for not refunding our unused night made no sense."

"Before I arrived, I called to confirm my check in time. I was told that the room we paid for would not be available because it's first come first served check in system. I had to talk to the front desk person and they were able to "find" a lesser room, however when we arrived it was clear it was not cleaned properly because the floor was sticky and smelled of syrup. We didnt have a complete set of bedsheets for the fold out couch, and it was surrounded in crumbs and dirt. The tv remote either...

"Place is a dump. There are even holes in the floor. Can’t believe I paid over $150 for this place. Never again."

"Second time staying here & the pool was closed again for maintenance. It’s Summertime & that’s the only amenity they really offer, but it’s never open. Cleanliness of room, updated furniture & linens would be a big plus; but they are not spending money on updates. Rusted mini-fridge, cheap bedding, no elevator (yep, second floor stay); nothing special about this place."

"Sheets were dirty and had cigarette holes in the comforter and sheet. The front desk gentleman did give me brand new sheets and pillow cases for the stay. Two towels in the bathroom, no hand towel or facecloth. Everything has stains on it, the walls ceilings, furnishings, everything appears to not be wiped down what so ever. NOW, our first hotel cancelled on us last minute and this hotel was cheaper and last minute, so for what I paid, it was what it was. But they are a serious. Leaning away...
