"Very clean and new hotel, everything was perfect"

"you walk in and it smell bad . there is no free breakfast just coffee which they had the bleach next too . the towels look dirty i was told they clean but the towels are soo old and stain . there was mud shoes at the stair way that was there all week i was there five day . i fell down the stares as they are super small . they didn’t seem to be concern . they had a fridge that sat in the diner for days and the cleaning room door stay open all times . "

"The room we were in no working phone and no air or heat. At 11 pm guests screaming in hallway and kids running around for 1/2 hour woke everyone up scream at top of lungs. She wanted her $ back she saw a roach. Owners had very poor English if any Do not stay there! Coffee was old and Burnt. Pool under construction. NO amenities available"

"This site was quiet, clean and safe! The Staff were kind and responsive. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was okay, apart from the "hot" items. The waffles are pretty consistently good. I would stay there again!"

"I was in the room 10 minutes before I had a roach skitter across the floor and a bed bug in the edge of my bed. I went for a refund, and they gave me grief even after I showed them pictures with my phone. They said they refunded me finally, a week later, nothing. I called them and they said they cannot refund me. Absolutely disgusting place with a bunch of crooks running the place. They lied to my face, now that I'm 5 hours away, they tell me they won't refund me. Stay away."

"Room was clean, though somewhat dated. Bed did not have padding. Bathroom had a large tub with jets (whirlpool) which indicates a dated room. Staff was usually not at front desk. "

"Very disappointed by the whole experience. Booked six rooms all rooms were dusty and untidy. Stains on the bedsheets, not enough shampoo and missing towels. As we are a sporting group we expected a swimming pool to be available. This was advertised for width. It’s out of order until May and it looked disgusting. Should not be coming there ever again."

"The hotel room was clean however the hallways and microwave In the Lobby was not clean. The room also did not have a fridge or microwave so if you travel with drinks or food there is no way to store them to keep cold. They did have an ice machine in the lobby. But ice only keeps food and drinks cold for so long. There is a very small microwave in the lobby which was not very clean to heat food. They had a coffee machine in the lobby but I never saw anyone use it nor did I ever see any cups,...

"The person at the front desk needs to learn how to tell if a room has already been paid for even if it was reserved from a third party. I was charged extra and am still waiting to see if I’m going to have to file a dispute or not. Nothing personal. Just situational."

"The room had not been cleaned thoroughly and the window was left slightly open from the previous guests which was not noticed. Only other complaint was that breakfast did not have many choices and was not well stocked."

"You had to pay for breakfast separately so I went and picked up delicious donuts from Jacks Donuts across the street. There is a Starbucks near too, but I can’t have that due to allergies! The property is fine and right off the interstate. It was quiet. I just as there only a few hours after delayed flights and rental recalls vehicle shortages! "

"It was okay. An older building. We needed a Handicap Accessible room. But none were available. So we made do. But it was difficult for our son to use the narrow bathroom with his wheelchair. It was close to the two places we needed to take our son for eye surgeries. "
