2/10 Terrible

"Very disappointing stay for a hotel marketed as a luxury four-star property. The room was expensive, around $260 USD per night, but parking was not clearly disclosed before arrival. Hotel parking was $75, valet was $100, and even the “cheap” option was $35 to park 10 minutes away and shuttle back. We booked a Fallsview room, but at check-in we were immediately given a hard upsell. They claimed there had been a “cancellation” and offered a better falls view room that was supposedly normally $850 for $100 more. I checked Expedia and the same room was only about $100 more there too, not a special deal. It felt scripted, especially since we heard the same pitch given to other guests. After I declined, the staff member’s attitude changed completely and he became cold and annoyed. The Fallsview room itself was misleading. We mostly looked at another hotel, and you had to stand right up against the window and look off to the side to see the falls. No breakfast was included, and breakfast for two would have been another $114. The pool area was disappointing too. Part had caution tape up, one hot tub was drained, and the pool was full of screaming children with no relaxing atmosphere. The beds were uncomfortable, and the pillows went completely flat as soon as you laid on them. Overall, this was a huge waste of money. Between the parking fees, misleading upsell, disappointing view, no breakfast, poor pool area, uncomfortable room, and cold service, I would not stay here again."

"The building was clean, staff was very helpful, parking was fine considering there was maintenance happening. Hot tub was wonderful until a maintenance worker dumped chemi cals in while we were still in the tub causing itching and eyes to burn from the fumes."

"Didn't know we had to request housekeeping services, so we had to callbdown and have towels brought.up. Requested a luggage cart. Waited 45 minutes and the girl told us we were on the list. Finally at the one hour mark we just took everything ourselves. Stop by the bell hop desk and they said they never got the request. Ugh."

The Tower Hotel Fallsview

"I stayed at The Tower Hotel during my second visit to Niagara Falls. I chose it because it is newer and offers incredible views for photography. Overall, I would rate it 7/10. The Falls-view room was stunning and is the main reason to stay here. We paid about $780 per night including taxes, and honestly, most of that price goes toward the view rather than the overall experience. One disappointment was the 4 PM check-in time, which is the latest I have experienced. Most hotels allow check-in at 2 or 3 PM. Upon arrival, there was no concierge or lobby attendant. We unloaded our own luggage, found a cart, and took everything to our room ourselves. The room was clean, but several basic amenities were missing, including slippers, a toothbrush, toothpaste, an iron, and proper drinking glasses. There was also no bottled water in the room. We were told to call the front desk whenever we wanted water, which became inconvenient. The hair dryer was outdated and overheated twice while I was using it. For a hotel at this price point, I expected better. Parking is expensive. Off-site parking costs about $44 per night including taxes and requires a shuttle. Valet parking costs around $120 per night plus tips. The view is spectacular and perfect for photographers or content creators. However, considering the price, I expected much better service and amenities. If your priority is the view, it may be worth it. Otherwise, I would recommend comparing other Niagara Falls hotels before book"

10/10 Excellent

"The room was basically clean when we were able to check-in 4hrs early. The only small issue there was was that there was a hair in the jacuzzi tub but within 10min of being in the room we received a call making sure our room was clean and my husband nicely told them about the single hair and within 2mins a cleaning lady was at our door to clean the tub so really no issues to complain about!!!"
