"Our room was clean and comfortable, though the walls are papert hin and we could hear everything from the accommodation next door. The grounds needed some cleaning up as there was a big pile of rubbish at the gateway to the entrance of our accommodation and the laundry facilities were very dirty."

It's literally a six minute walk to the hospital door. However.... The check in process is a pain in the a&$$ The keypass needs to be collected from another site and the ph. number on the expedia site was wrong. When I got the correct number, the phone was only answered after the fourth occassion. "

"We stayed at a dozen different properties across Australia and Nee Zealand over the last 6 weeks. This one was our favorite. It is spacious, comfortable, modern, clean, had everything we needed (and it all worked), and there were some nice added touches. Highly recommended."

"Parking was a nightmare. Not too mention having to pay $20 a night just for parking. Really hard to get in and and when there's other cars. Hot water from the tap was so boiling hot i actually burnt my hand. Room was really spacious and bed was confidant enough. Didn't feel confidant having showers there. Apart from that. It is a good location with lots of food places free wifi. No cooking facilities that i could see. Just bar fridge and kettle. But not sure about other rooms. Would...

"It’s managed remotely from another motel in the central city. They want a $200 hold on your credit card. It’s really basic, cheap(ish) accom with an uncomfortable bed (in my room) and very noisy from adjoining rooms. It was ok for a couple of nights when working in that part of Hamilton"

"Check in process was ridiculous - 4pm on a Tuesday we are standing on the street for 15-20 minutes waiting for a receptionist to turn up after several attempts and hangups using the intercom. Not ideal. The rooms were great tho and very handy location to our event"

"We didn't get a booking email, so didn't realise that we had to check in down the road at another motel, but got there in the end. Motel is in a good, central location. Unit was clean and tidy but did have a slight odour from someone cooking prior. Unit was a really good size. Could hear people walking around in hallway/TV from next unit occasionally. Plenty of parking onsite. Units' downstairs were numbered with painter's tape, would be nice to see proper numbers."
