"Laundry facility worked well and convenient. There is a wall in the lobby that is interactive with kids that my daughter enjoyed. They have a welcome area from 2- 9 with candy, drinks, cotton candy and pancakes unlimited. Room very large and clean. There is a Family Mart at hotel as well, which was convenient for snacks, and medicine if needed. Subway 2 min away so easy to get too. Plus they have a Disney shuttle to and from both parks which was fabulous! Would definitely recommend and stay there again. "

"The location is great, close to Kasai station and there's Disney bus shuttle going every 20 minutes. The room with 3 beds was quite big for Japan and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. We slept well. Breakfast was a bit basic, but sufficient and delicious (coffee machine, but no cappuccino, delicious boiled eggs, but no fried eggs, green salad, but no other veggies etc) and included in the price. Staff are very polite and pleasant! Overall great value for money, I would stay again with pleasure!"

"Minn Kasai was like a home away from home for us . Clean room, accessible laundry facilities, small kitchen. Staff was very friendly and easy to communicate with via front desk video option . They responded to our requests quickly and efficiently ( ie : new towels, bedsheets , etc ) Also good location to get around with easy access to train from Kasai Station. The self check In/Out was also easy and straight forward."

"The best hotel I ever experienced. The staff was extremely accommodating. Being right next to the train station was the cherry on top. The Lawson in the middle was top tier. The breakfast was amazing. I also had the best showers of my life here. I never had full bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body soap. I really miss this hotel. Highly recommend especially if you have little kids. I stayed with my son and husband. Also close to Disneyland."
