"I was rather intimidated by this listing considering how automotated the whole process is. It’s all done with thorough written instruction and an iPad at check-in/out. I felt like I was doing a scavenger hunt on The Amazing Race or something. Stay the course and read everything carefully. "Traditional stay in beautiful room & hotel. As non Japanese speakers the staff tried really hard with Google translate to communicate with us which was appreciated. Food was delicious & different each day. The garden view from the rooms & dining area were lovely. The only minor complaint was the hard Japanese style pillow which seemed to be full of rice or some kind of grain??? We tried to embrace it as part of the experience!
