"This was the accommodation we looked most forward to on our Japan trip, and it did not disappoint. It was very beautiful and cozy. Well renovated old traditional house. Spacious living room downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. There is all you need to cook and wash. We ordered half pension, which is highly recommended. Great local food. The breakfast you cook yourself after a easy to follow instruction. I would love to come back for more than pone night. "

Their communication was excellent however and they looked after transferring our luggage and the price remained the same even though they had suggested we'd received an “upgrade.” Both properties worked out fine though the latter one had an unusual layout that was clearly designed for clients keen...

"Lovely neighborhood, centrally located, and clean space. There was a helpful map included in the room. Most major points of interest in Kanazawa were a reasonable walk from the location. They ability to do laundry was nice after the busier parts of our trip. It is nice to have an option to sleep on tatami or a modern bed in the same space."
