"Great stay. The hotel is perfectly located for most of the places to visit in Great Falls and the setting is fantastic. The staff were super friendly and professional and the property in great condition. The room was excellent, clean, comfortable and a view of the river. Free breakfast was good and 24 coffee and hot drinks a nice surprise."

"I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and come here for the staff and the mermaid bar.
I had one check in person that wasn’t helpful and made it seem as if I was putting her out.
I love this place but won’t likely stay again."

"Upon entering our room the thermostat was set to 80. Very hot and the room never cooled down. Above us on the 2nd floor it sounded like a half court basketball game with fans, screaming and running around. Called to complain to the front desk twice and was told they didn't notice anything and couldn't check it, out since they couldn't leave the desk. Finally quieted down around 12:30 am. Got up in morning and took a shower. Lo and behold the drain was backed up and showered in ankle deep soap...
