"Our room was very spacious and clean. We were able to clean towels in the morning when someone knocked to see if we wanted any room cleaning services. The reason I have 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the front desk receptionist, Isabella. She seemed annoyed when we walked in and talked at me instead of to me. She asked “can I have your ID and the card for payment”. I told her that the room was already paid for since I reserved through Expedia. “She proceeded to say “you need a card for the $100 incidentals. If you don’t ruin anything or order anything then it’ll go back.” I know about incidentals but asking for a card for incidentals and asking for a card for payment are two separate things. Maybe she was having a bad day, but her attitude sucked. The two gentleman that came on after (they were there on Friday April 3, 2026 after 3 pm) were absolutely fantastic. They were kind and friendly and even asked about our night (we were headed to a wedding). I appreciated them so much. The woman that checked us out on Sunday morning was very kind too. I think you just have one bad egg. "
"The breakfast was very basic and coffee was terrible. The staff were friendly , i personally think they should have a uniform to look more professional. The room was clean. Hot tub was ok , the pool’s water was blurry and we felt it wasn’t clean. Also there were a lot of noisy children , while we went to relax , we couldn’t ! We felt that the staff should come and ask them to be quiet but i guess they can’t do that! I don’t know… "
"I will definitely be staying here again. We have two small children and usually stay in Airbnb’s but I have found that with all the fees, it has been getting expensive and has lacked consistency. I LOVED our stay here! A fully equipped kitchen, large spacious rooms, a pool, laundry on site, a bar, and a delicious breakfast (we loved the taco bar!). The check out is also later and they allowed us a late check out and early check in free of charge. The staff was quick and very accommodating as well. Will likely opt for Hilton suites over airbnbs in the future! Great stay for families!"
"coffee machine was bad. tasted burnt. food looked good didnt try. staff was kind. parking was fine. even got offered to buy boots from another guest. took 5 days to get my desposit back. the hall on or floor smelled like Indian food. we were next to elevator which was noisey. i got what i paid for. a cheap room in a nice town.
