"景観が良く、素晴らしいホテルでした。部屋に入るとカーテンが自動で開いたので、驚きました。プールのスタッフの方はいつも丁寧で、気持ちの良いサービスをしていただきました。朝食のBasilicoも毎朝飽きない美味しさでした。野菜たっぷりのオムレツも美味しかったです。お布団やソファも気持ち良かったのですが、何よりバスローブの心地よさにはびっくりしました。
初日は若い男性がピアノを弾いていてくださり、とても素敵な気持ちにさせていただきました。
チェ ックイン等でお世話になった笑顔の素敵な女性の方（お名前を忘れてしまいました）に、チェックアウトの時にお会いできなかったことを、英語ができない子どもたちが残念がっていました。英語の会話でもそういう嬉しい想いをさせていただいたことに感謝しています。
コンラッドは初めての滞在でしたが、またぜひ宿泊してみたいと思う快適な数日間でした。"

"The Artyzen is absolutely stunning, inside and out. Staff is always available to answer any questions. The service car is helpful but can get quiet popular so we often chose to walk to our location rather than wait the 20 mins. During one of the nights we found a cockroach in our bathroom on the 20th floor. Staff at reception was notified and she apologized."

My fault for not reading their bio thoroughly, I based my choice on proximity to the airport and my budget for a short stay.
