"There is only one bench at front door to property. Smokers usually monopolize the bench. My husband and I are both handicapped and had nowhere to sit while waiting for family to pick us up. "

"Breakfast was great. Nice variety of items. The lady taking care of the breakfast area kept the area clean and all the food items stocked. I think her name was Denise. The room smelled musty and a spritz of Lysol spray might help. "

"The room smelled horrible like body odor and cleaning supplies. The cleaning smell did not overcome the body odor stench, my clothes the next morning smelled like it. The staff during checkout said they would have the manager contact me, but they never did. This place is for out of town workers that just need a place to crash for the night, spend a few more $$ and stay over by Harbison. I will not be staying again, lesson learned."

"Staff courteous. Hotel needs repairs, run down from when I stayed a few years ago. Bed frame broken, bed sagged. Shower head corroded, trickles. Toilet whistles while filling. Lobby furniture worn, torn and stained. Pool table nice touch but top is worn, frayed and ball set was incomplete, rack broken. A new set is only $38 at Walmart... Check that guests on first floor are heavy sleepers since drunken guests in the lobby will be yelling until 4:00am. Not a restful night."

"The overall experience was good. However, the were big crater dents in the mattress and the bathroom door barely moved. We literally had to push with all our might in order to open and close it. I did go to the front desk about it but they unfortunately couldn’t change our room because they were booked. "
