"I stay here each time I come to Lexington for business trips and it is always a great place to stay. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and the breakfast is really good. This is my go to place. I typically stay in higher end hotels and had never considered staying at a Best Western, but one time I came everything was full and I stayed here by chance. I am so glad I did."

"To start things off, the front desk help was super rude and just not attentive at all, then when we get to our room, there’s a throw up stain by the bed and the pillows are legit dirty. No shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Completely empty. And to top it off, the pool was shut down. Running but had a closed sign on it. Never ever going here again. Waste of my money. So disgusting"

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was kind and friendly the property was clean, the rooms was fresh. I can smell clean. It was right to have a little restaurant in the hotel so if you didn't want to go out food was available for you. I recommend this hotel a lot."

"The room was clean and it smelled clean the moment we walked in. The air conditioning was cold, which was great with the 106 degree temperatures we had all weekend. The shower pressure was not great, but it got the job done. The location was perfect for the event we were in town for and was close to a variety of restaurants and shopping. It’s an older hotel and could be updated, but overall, we were very happy with our stay."

"What was disappointing was my experience with Expedia where I booked my stay. When I booked my room for two night I purchased a protection plan in case plans changed which they did. On first day ,June 6th ,after checking in I alerted hotel that we needed to return home early and would not be staying the second night. They told me I needed to cancel with Expedia , after spending 35 minutes on the phone they said they would take care of it and reimburse my credit card, this was never done. They...

"Nice place to stay. During the night the air conditioner was pretty loud and wouldn't struggle to keep room to a comfy 69. Didn't say anything because is was late when we got there"

"The room was mostly clean and the hotel looked great. The area was nice and easy to access. Breakfast was sub-par. Everything looked and tasted like it had been re heated. All of the food was cold. The cheese looked like it had been sitting out for days."
