"There were multiple issues with the hotel. Some were outside of their control such as the power outage and the hour check in time from down systems after the power came back. There was only hot water on half of the time during my 3 day stay. The room cleaning was very minimal if they came in at all. On a positive note, the hotel has a very nice fitness center and the front desk staff were friendly."

"Parking was easy and plenty of spaces available even though we had a late check in. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Had to call housekeeping to bring up bedding sets for our children to sleep on the pull out trundle and couch. Our reservation included 2 adults and 2 children. They brought the sets up right away. Only issue was pool was out of towels so had to go back to room to get bath towels to use. Would stay here again. "

"Beds felt clean and soft. Everything was pretty clean except for a few hairs on bathroom floor and finger prints on drinking glasses. Staff was always helpful and nice. I didnt do any laundry or bring a pet."

"The hotel itself was nice however, the breakfast buffet that you pay for in your reservations on the site is not. And it is not kid friendly when you’re traveling with a nine and 10-year-old. Will not be back."

"Room is not cleaning, second day a cockroach was in the bathroom the following day another one on the desk, the breakfast has no one pc of fresh bread all super processed and frozen, rom with the kitchen without soap to clean dishes plus the room cleaning need to be requested and even that some day wasn’t done… including that we’ve been overcharge compared to the daily rate."
