"I absolutely love this hotel. It was a great stay."

"I was very disappointed in with this hotel. First, I booked a 2 queen bedroom and they gave me full beds instead of queen which did not work for my party. When I spoke to an employee at the front desk, he stated those beds are the only size they have. I requested a manager and the front desk worker stated there is no manager working during our conversation. Would not even offer to have a manager contact me when the manager came back in. The site offered parking on site but the majority of...

"I rarely write reviews unless something stands out and was prepared to leave a positive review of this newly renovated hotel and restaurant until I realized my debit card was charged nearly $100 erroneously and hotel was not concerned; when they took my card for incidentals, they also charged me for a ‘room’ which was already paid for prior to arrival. I noted the room was prepaid upon check in and immediately contacted hotel the next day when I saw charge to my bank account - was told charge...

"I've been traveling for years, this is my first time paying for breakfast at a hotel. A cup of coffee and 1 slice of toast for $8.00. Times has really changed...other than that. This place was awesome!! Perfect in every way. Extremely clean room,. Staff was very friendly and professional. Even the shuttle ride to the airport., that guy was very helpful on making sure I knew where to go. Thanks EVEN staff!! I really appreciate you guys for making my stay extremely comfortable."

"my husband said it was clean and he would give it a 4"

"Our stay at our hotel was wonderful. The room was spacious and immaculate! Staff was very accommodating and professional. Breakfast was great! We will be back for sure! Thank you!!"

"Love this hotel"

"Breakfast is good, staff are nice and rooms are clean."

"The room had items left behind from previous guests. The water drips on a metal plate in the shower all night and if the door isn’t closed you hear it all night. The computer chair was broken/ripped . Breakfast was ok. The hotel was ok. We were charged $19 dollars a night for self parking."

"The Inn was very clean inside but the grounds left a little bit to be desired. Staff was friendly, room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent for a free hotel breakfast."

"Easy check-in, convenient parking onsite being a downtown location. Comfy bed. . Excellent restaurant at the property. I think the restaurant is just A++. Attentive staff and Manager. Manager was walking around making sure everyone is taken care off. Food was great. pricing for type of restaurant and location was very reasonable. The only thing I would like to mention it's right across from Orlando Health so occasional emergency vehicle in and out of the area. thank you!"

"La verdad es que pasé una estancia maravillosa. Todo el personal fue muy amable y la instalación está en excelentes condiciones. Sin dudas vuelvo a hospedarme en este hotel cuando vuelva a Orlando."

"We've stayed here multiple times now for UCF events and it's consistently great. Staff is always nice and welcoming, the AM breakfast is lovely, and the property is always clean. Definitely recommend!"
