"Put us in an accessible room even tho i did not request that…maybe bc i booked thru expedia. Nice large room and comfortable bed. The toilet did not flush properly. Maint workef on it quickly to get it to flush, but bowl still did not fill properly Shower was weak and water was warm to tepid at warmest setting. Hvac is loud"

"Spacious suite, comfortable and clean. Kind of in the middle of an office park area, so unless you're going to Applebees, you have to drive somewhere. Excellent Indian restaurant nearby - The Curry Bowl!"

"Clean modern spacious building. The decor was very gray, rather drab. Biggest shortcoming was the noise off the busy big freeway. "

"I was there for three nights and housekeeping didn't it come at all. Amenities were all extra charges, including water even though the sink water was not drinkable. The staff was super nice and helpful consistently, and the property was comfortable."

"Great location and short walks to restaurants and Lake Eola nearby where you can walk around the lake. Also the rooms were very nice and spacious and had a comfortable bed and we got 2 complimentary drinks in the evening and a great free hot breakfast where you can get omelets made to order if you want them, the room was also stocked with lots of snacks and drinks which were all complimentary, highly recommended and would stay there again."

"Cynthia checked us in when we got in very late at night and she was so pleasant and accommodating. Jeff the General Manager was wonderful. I had a situation with something I had left behind after we checked out and he went above and beyond. We had a wonderful experience here. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"It was a nice stay, well-kept hotel with a happy staff. I wish someone had thought of the pool placement as its on the middle floor and side of the building causing it to lose sun around 2/230pm. Probably my only gripe! Would def stay again. "
