"We have stayed here several times although on this visit we felt there was a different atmosphere. Reception staff were very efficient and yet seemed less approachable. We usually enjoy the breakfast but this time it was really not worth the extra we paid for it as things like fruit and croissants ran out and weren’t replaced. The coffee machine also stopped working.
The gym staff were very friendly and the workout equipment was good although the jacuzzi was out of action and the changing rooms...

"The hotel is fabulous, the staff are incredibly friendly and the rooms are clean and luxurious. The only thing that could be improved is to fit air conditioning in the rooms. At night the room became quite stuffy and it's not possible to open patio doors at night. Apart from that - amazing"

"Pros:: Lovely old pub, AC worked well, great location, plenty of parking, big room and bathroom.
Bed was hard, but that is personal preference. Old building is beautiful but with it comes low beams, uneven steps, etc.

"The staff were very welcoming, helpful and interacted with customers warmly, we were watching while having a drink and meal in the bar as well as our own experience.
