"The room is clean and renovated, and it is very spacious. There is a convenient shuttle that goes from the hotel to downtown Vancouver and free breakfast buffet in the mornings. However, I do wish that more information or reminders were relayed about these amenities, especially during time of check-in. We were not notified about the free shuttle until we asked about the hotel van parked outside, and by then it was our last night. I’m excited to see what the hotel will look like after renovations...

"After two lovely stays at the Pan Pacific Hotel, I've always wanted to return for my future trips. I had to do a quick business trip and booked the Premier Room with the Waterfront and northshore views. Upon arrival, the front desk was very friendly and efficiently completed the check-in process.
