"This is such a unique hotel. I had a gorgeous 180 degree view of the river from my room and the bed was so comfortable that I just wanted to hang out all day. I appreciated the kind staff and the welcome gift. I have already recommended this stay to several people."

"Great overall, the only two things we didn't love were the lack of parking. We barely had a real stall, but made it work. The other issue was the to go coffee lids were a pain in the but to fit the cups. They really don't fit well. Minor issue over all but was a little frustrating at the time. The great coffee made up for that though! ;) Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Had a great view of grouse mountain. A nice touch is a hand written letter from the general manager. "The only thing that I don't like is that to many tables that makes the room smaller."

"The outdoor pool was heated and there were plenty of lounging chairs. We had many issues with our room card not opening our room door, we were three for 5 days and there were problems with all three rooms we had booked with the key cards. Needed to have them changes multiple times throughout each day."
