"Booked King room thru Expedia, was given a 2 queen.The hotel said the only king room on the property was booked for next 3 yrs.Also, there was constant noise from floor above from 2 AM till 6 AM.At times sounded like a basketball game in the room above,furniture dragging around.Was offered a possible discount but haven't heard back."

"Pool was under construction when we were there. Was not evident when We were booking. Would’ve gone elsewhere had we known.
The HVAC unit in our room had no heat. The bathroom sink drained poorly and had no hot water.
Although we were there for theee days the maid did not come in once to empty trash or replenish TP/coffee etc.
Will go elsewhere next time.
