"I stay here because the location is extremely convenient when I am visiting the area for business. I can walk about four minutes to where I need to be, which is the main reason I continue to return. Overall, the hotel is okay. The staff is not rude, but they can come across a little indifferent. Faye at the front desk was nice enough, but not overly hospitable. I also found it odd that housekeeping staff did not acknowledge guests when making eye contact. A simple hello or good afternoon feels...

"I gave this property “ok” ratings because of the price and location between Ft Lauderdale Airport and the Miami cruise terminals. The hotel is in disrepair and old, but I guess as clean as it can be for the age. It could definitely use some TLC! The neighborhood is a bit seedy so I wouldn’t stay here with children.
