A lot of people didn’t have wrist bands on that were mandatory to be at the resort. No one enforced the red band rule. "Extremly inadequate! When we arrived there was no front desk to greet us for 5 minutes. The room didn't have enough washcloths & no face towels. The glass door nor the glass balcony was cleaned. Housekeeping came to clean our room after 5pm when we had returned... we asked for water & sent her away because we were tired. In addition to the bathroom wall needing to be cleaned. A towel covered the dirt spot. We didnt get any sleep every night because there was a loud buzzing noise that sounded...

"The room was small, but clean and cozy. The staff were helpful and nice. But don't expect a 5-star room or anything. It's in the slightly crazier part of town, but not dangerous. It's also quiet at night and very conveniently located to great food and shopping areas. Right down the street from the beach. If you're just looking for a place to sleep for the night for a good price, or to be close to the beach, this place will definitely fulfil your needs."

We tried another room and it smelled like mold also and tou can hear every car that goes by on the highway that is next to the hotel. I left the hotel and went to a Hilton which was much better. I will never use Expedia again because the hotel had a high rating. "
