"It’s great iconic hotel. I do have to say it is quite outdated which I did figure but the amenities were not the best and the staff didn’t know basic things about the hotel for example where the ice machine was. But charging 75 a day to keep your car on the property was one of the most egregious things of the trip. I get paid parking the hotel I work at does it but 75 a night… that is definition of gouging your guests. Maybe tie in free or discounted parking for guests. Room was clean and tidy....

"My wife and I had a great one night stay. The hotel and property were very nice and well maintained. ALL of the staff we interacted with were very nice and had great customer service skills. Front desk, housekeepers, valet and food service were all great at their jobs and made us feel very welcome. We would defintely stay here again!"

"Great location with free breakfast at 270 degree Fantastic view of LA. We had dinner at the restaurant too for convenience and didn’t expect it far exceed our expectations. The hotel also provides free vine at dinner for hotel guests"
