"The hotel was rundown, it looked like the rooms were clean but you could see the wear and tear on everything. the refrigerator did not cool. the shuttle was late, for the money they did not give even a bottle of water. every thing cost extra. The happy hour snacks were crackers and chips so cheap you could tell the low quality. no dips no cheese nothing.
They should put a warning on the website for this hotel the iarplanes and trains and noise from the other rooms was overwhelming. I am giving...

"This hotel was nice. Most people are here because they have a flight to catch so this is their one over night stop. We stayed because we were in town for a concert. The hotel and our room were clean, nothing fancy. Our room was right beside the ice machine and elevators, which made for a lot of noise. But overall, this hotel was in a great, convenient location to everything we wanted to do."

"The room was very clean, which was the most important. The coffee service in the morning was closed by 9:15 though, and the person directing the shuttle in the morning was very obnoxious. And told vulgar jokes. The free shuttle from the airport and to the cruise ship was very nice. Other than no coffee and the obnoxious person, it was a nice stay."
