"The best"

"Hotel was nice and in a convenient location, Pool was clean and facilities were well maintained. There was not an option to self park your vehicle only valet parking available at a cost for parking. This was the only inconvenience as it made it a little difficult to come and go. However, they were readily available."

"Lage und Parken war super beim Hotel. Zimmer sauber und mit Kühlschrank. Jedoch kein Safe im Zimmer und in die Jahre gekommen aber für 2 Nächte ist es ok. Fitnessraum ist für nichts, Geräte funktionieren kaum, gehören geschmiert da ist besser man stellt paar Gewichte rein und fertig. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück sehr klein aber mehr braucht man nicht."

"The toilet kepts getting clogged. The website says there is a kitchen. There is no microwave and the fridge barely works. We asked for clean towels because we stayed 2 nights and we had to wait a few hours. Then it said they had breakfast on the website but when we checked in it said no restaurant/closed. We got really upset and the next day I see they updated Expedia that there was no breakfast. Then the lady wanted to charge us for the parking space but it was full. She even said she couldn't...

"Really nice hotel to stay in and so close to Universal Studios ( very convenient location). The room was very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a coffee, cappuccino and a hot chocolate machine located in the lobby area. Also a Bevi water machine with electrolytes, zinc, vitamins and choice of sparkling water. Definitely a game changer not having to look for Starbucks in the morning. The parking is currently $25 a night. Several reasons I am giving a 4 Star this time and not 5....

"Hotel was clean. We stayed here for a concert. Got decent sleep. Tv didn’t work they couldn’t figure out how to fix it so no tv for us. Also no full length mirror which kinda was important especially before a concert."
