"I’ll start by saying that the bedroom was a little dated but very comfortable and clean. The bathroom had been updated and was very nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful when we had to get a few items (towels and a hair dryer). Now for a HUGE issue that I encountered with the property. This property was extremely smoker friendly. When I booked the room I checked to see the policy (always) and on Expedia the information said that there were “designated smoking areas”. There was no...

"Very nice hotel overall. Great spot for walking the trail to the Island and to the Old Mill. Would recommend if you’re looking for a non strip hotel in pigeon forge, but with the convenience of the being walkable to the strip."

"When I was awoken by a barking dog at 3 an from above me and then again at 5:15 by a dog in the lobby while the desk clerk.was making small talk with the man who.owned the dog, neither who seemed to care it was early in the morning, I realize dog friendly hotels are not for me. Other then that, I rate the.rest of the hotel and staff 5 star. Some dog people either tune out the noise or just don't care about other guests."
