"We did not use the gym or the indoor pool as time didn't permit however, the property was clean, was safe, and had the nicest staff we could ask for. My husband is in a wheelchair and they were very accommodating to that. While the bathroom doors inside the rooms aren't wide enough for wheelchairs to get through, we were able to use the restroom across the hall from our room (by the pool). The staff did bring him a shower chair and he was able to adapt to the surroundings and take a shower. We will definitely stay here again. It was 10 minutes from Dollywood theme park, within 10 minutes (or walking distance) of the Titanic museum, Wonderworks, Alcatraz museum and many other major attractions there on Parkway in Pigeon Forge. HAD A BLAST AND WE WILL BE BACK."

"This was a very nice clean hotel as well as wonderful large room and very comfortable bed.Perfect view from the balcony as well. The breakfast was excellent and offered more than your typical complementary breakfast such as bacon and potatoes. Perfect area and loved the hot tubs . I recommend this hotel"

"The river was peaceful, there was geese and ducks in the parking lots that were a joy to see. The hotel rooms were clean and so was the pool. The breakfast was soooo good. "

"The property was dirty. The parking lot was tiny and you had to park across the street and carry all of your luggage over.. although the property is large I tried to check in a little bit early. There was no room available. While we were trying to sleep after midnight, there were people running and screaming along the hallways."
