What a fantastic stay! The room was spacious, very clean, and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen that made our visit even more comfortable. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely book again for our next trip! The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of seating available in the lobby to enjoy it comfortably. The location is also a major plus, conveniently situated near US-321, directly across from The Island in Pigeon Forge, and just a short drive to Gatlinburg. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area!

Great stay for business or pleasure.

Hotel is new and very well kept. Y room was, well, roomy and comfortable. Great location and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with enough variety to keep it interesting. I highly recommend.

Beautiful, New and Very Clean

My husband and I spent the last 3 nights in a Residence Inn and were very pleased. We especially liked the separate seating area and kitchen. Safe area, very quiet, and VERY clean. Linens felt so comfortable and luxurious. No bath tubs, only showers was my only dislike. I love my hot soaking bath every night. Definitely would stay here again if price is reasonable

For this hotel to have not been open for a long time, I can tell it’s headed in the wrong direction. For almost $300 a night, there should be zero issues. First room was not thoroughly cleaned. (High touch areas clearly looked over.) Moved to second room and there were stains on the furniture, hair in the shower and the toilet was dirty. Breakfast was subpar as well. The only reason I’m generous in giving 2 stars is the location is very convenient to popular attractions & front desk had a pleasant attitude about moving us to another room.

This hotel looks new and fabulous! It was very clean and well laid out. It is across from The Island and the Leconte center, so great location. We loved the layout of the room. Not too big but it didn’t feel cramped. The room has everything you would need to cook and feel at home. I could be comfortable staying there for days. It has plenty of work space and conveniences like usb and power outlets that are easy to get to. Lots of lights as well as big windows with privacy screens and blackout curtains. I never heard anyone outside of our room. It was very quiet even while full of people. We visited during a busy car show and even with lots of people we never had to wait long for the elevators or staff when needed. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I’ve already encouraged friends and family to stay there on their next trips. You’ll be in the middle of the action!

The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean, the bed was just ok comfortable wise. We had a great view. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast, nothing great. The hotel was very clean inside and out. We were at the pool every day. On the day before we left, I was injured while at the pool. A wind gust caught the umbrella and it came out of the table and turned sideways and luckily it was stopped by the light pole. It did hit my hand but certainly could’ve been worse. I have yet to hear from management about the incident. I would love to book another stay here. There was another thing that was a concern. They only have 4 luggage carts for the entire hotel. Myself and 3 others waited in the lobby for one of the carts to return, we all left without one. Please get more luggage carts!!!

The facility is new and clean. The breakfast was good and varied each day while we were there. The staff was friendly and welcoming when we arrived. A major complaint we have with the hotel is there is no covered area to unload your luggage when arriving at or departing from the hotel. When we arrived it was pouring rain and everything we had with us got soaked. A very poor design for a hotel in our opinion. For this reason alone, I would probably pick another property in the future. For a new hotel, there were some finishing touches to construction that were not complete. For example, there were obvious gaps between our sink and the wall. I'm assuming they will not be finished, but cannot comment as to whether or not that is the case. A final complaint is the safety latch on our door would not work. It was as if it was welded shut. No, we do not depend on it entirely for safety, but others may. We notified hotel staff upon our departure. If you are looking for a basic, clean place to stay, We would recommend.

Lovely property, right across the street from The Island (with views of the wheel and all the holiday lights) and easy access to the parkway with lots of dining and entertainment options. Love having a kitchen in the room, and the included breakfast was fantastic with enough options to satisfy anyone. I would definitely stay again when in the area!
