"This was my second stay at the Best Western Plus Casper Inn & Suites, and once again I had a very positive experience. The hotel is clean, spacious, and quiet, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day. "The facility is beautiful. I love the multiple hot tubs. The front desk people on the weekend were very helpful. Our grandson was graduating from Highschool and we wanted to stay somewhere special. Our room was not fantastic. It smelled a bit musty, the carpet had a big wet spot on it, the bathroom floor was sticky. "I was disappointed by the lack of communication and housekeeping. At check-in, I was not told that room cleaning was not provided daily, which was unexpected since I am not from the area. I also was not given the Wi-Fi password, and it was not posted anywhere in the room. Additionally, the window curtain would not roll down properly, which affected privacy and comfort. Gal helped me get my stuff in. But I couldn't go out until late that night, when another person came in to fix the key maker and I finally got my key around 11PM. My room...

"Fantastic place to stay! I was traveling with a dog and my 82 year old mother. I had originally booked at another place hotel but they couldn't accommodate my needs. I was thrilled when I discovered how welcoming the Ramkota was at the last minute on a holiday weekend with state soccer finals in town. We ate dinner in the bar and the bartender kindly took great care of us."
