"Hotel is currently under construction so parking can be more limited. Room was overall clean with the exception of stains on my blankets. AC worked well. Included breakfast was excellent with a variety of proteins, waffles, bagels, and coffee. Unfortunately they charge you for parking but it's not guaranteed you'll have a parking spot. Conveniently located near 101"

"Property not in ship shape, curtains/shades in the room run down, old and small tv.
Terrible staff, un attentive and low level of enthusiasm
Very poor Wi-Fi and when I went downstairs to ask at the front desk they called the IT service provider and had ME deal with the problem on the phone, beyond pathetic !!!!!!
Also:
Paid in advance for “breakfast” and when I checked in they said it was not included, when I showed him my confirmed reservation with breakfast included the guy as a special...

"Breakfast was the usual, nothing special. Coffee was excellent.
Disappointed in only 2 towels in bathroom. I showered twice, once at night, once in morning. The two towels still damp from night before.
No extra blankets.
Lobby is quite small but adequate.
Cleanliness was excellent everywhere I looked!
Be helpful in future texts to mention a restaurant across the street. Appreciated updates on shuttle. Also be helpful to emphasize the shuttles level location."
