"Wow..wow..wow. Opened the door and it was like opening to a mansion. Everything was wonderful."

"We had several issues. We arrived Friday afternoon for my nephew's graduation. His parents arrived approximately 1:30 am Friday morning and was given Room 210. Upon arrival, we were given Room 212 and my son was given Room 211across from us. Entered Room 212, there was an odd odor, water marks on ceiling and some areas on wall. Toilet seat was peeling and walls dirty. The bathtub appeared to be recently renovated. However, the showerhead was recently replaced and mold from old showerhead. Room 211 was disgusting. behind bed water marks on wall and several areas on ceiling. bathroom was simply dirty. A horrible odor in the room. He told the front desk and Allelujay changed the room to Room 214. Again, same issues and bathroom tub was deplorable. My son took a pic, showed to Sean who had just come on duty. He was very accommodating and changed to Room 208. At that point, we were running late for graduation, rushed off. Once we returned, spoke with Sean, he apologized, and told us tomorrow morning, John, the assistant manager will be there when we checked out. I spoke with John and he said the manager Kim will be there on Tuesday and they were having a big meeting and our issues will be discussed. He promised I will hear from him. When booked, only business rooms were available Issue-- I was charged for a "Business Room" and John said he had never heard of the hotel having a business room. My wife and I have severe allergies. All we wanted was a good night sleep"

"Breakfast does not offer much. The staff is very friendly. Carpet needs replacing but the place is clean."

"The hotel was clean and fine nothing to complain about. It was concerning the people walking around and to the back of the property. Make sure your car doors are locked and keep to yourself and check out and leave and it’s fine."

"Last minute booking for a couple nights in town to visit family. This property had A clean toilet A hot shower Clean sheets It is in serious need of a makeover/facelift. Staff was very friendly and helpful!"

"At first we were a little concerned because we didn’t receive a confirmation email, but Christian was super helpful And texted me the information. We will definitely be returning to the yellow barn estate."

"Overall good and I would stay there again. Bathroom and sink areas were clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Upon leaving and checking to make sure we didn't leave anything behind, I found a piece of crust under the bed from a previous guest. Not a deal breaker. TV cable channels were confusing and it could have used a "guide." Could have had more outlets to plug in the laptop near the writing desk. Some hotels offer pens and a pad of paper for guests- none here. Had little interaction with staff. Not rude, but not impressive either. Adequate. The breakfast offered was very basic. No elevator. All those having been said, it was a quiet stay, there were no major problems, it was comfortable and generally clean."

"The only thing in the lobby was water. In the past there has been coffee or tea and even hot cider (packet). There was nno cocoa in the room (as in the past) and even though it was early May, the weather was chilly."

"What a beautiful spot to stop! Very east location to find, lots of parking close to either entrance/exit. Extremely fresh and clean rooms. I would 100% recommend staying here if you're in the courtland area. Staff were even more wonderful than the room. "
