"What a charming little hotel! Rosalia’s is close to Neuwmarket Sq so easy to get to on the Metro. The rooms were lovely with comfy beds and views of either the garden or canal, but the real treat was the staff and bar! They are amazing mixologists with all kinds of unique and fun cocktails! It was so fun to come back after a day of walking around the city or after dinner and be treated to a special concoction. "The area around the hotel was dirty and not a very nice part of the city. However, it was located in a very convenient area for getting around and seeing everything."

"Kitchen was nice, rooms a decent size. Room doors made out of paper so light/noise transfer between rooms/living space quite loud. Otherwise location was great and it was clean. Staff was very quick to respond to needs."

"The hotel has been nicely updated but is struggling to provide adequate service to the volume of guests it was built to serve. A couple of examples: the safe in our room didn’t work showing an error, the staff promised to reset it but no one even came. The maid service showed up at 5:29 pm, just as we were freshening up and getting ready for dinner. The room was empty from 10am to 5pm with the green light on, but the hotel staff couldn’t manage to service it during this window. So the room...

"Excellent hotel with helpful staff and great location. 5min walk to train station and canals. Great restaurant and helpful staff. My only complaint would be the a/c in the rooms was not very good which is unfortunate in the heat of summer."

"Good location. Clean room. Nice shower with good water pressure. Good breakfast. The only thing is the guest does not have control of the room temperature. We had to call front desk several times because the room was freezing cold. The room is rather small which is typical of European hotels."
