"Clean room, very friendly staff & relaxed atmosphere. The only downside is the location, as the the main activities are on the other side of the water so you rely on the free ferry, which is a 10 minute walk away, not great on colder days!"

"The hotel was lovely. The bar was super nice and the staff there were very helpful and so kind. The gentleman with the Australian accent was phenomenal (I didn’t catch his name). The reception staff were so sweet to us. We were on our honeymoon and they sent up a lovely hand written card congratulating us and a beautiful bouquet of flowers. So sweet. The hotel itself is in an excellent location and within walking distance to tons of stuff and is also right across from Central Station and canal...
