"I have stayed in many very good hotels but this was possibly the best Hotel that I have stayed in, although the outside of the building is rather bland compared to say the Mandarin Oriental, or the Old Cataract in Aswan, the inside is perfect along with wonderful staff and service, plus for a Japanese hotel the rooms are very big, highly recommended."

"Wow, we just finished an unbelievable stay at this wonderful brand new hotel. The building and accommodations were stunningly beautiful. Artistic grandeur at every turn. Wonderful views of Nagoya Castle and their own private Japanese garden. An extraordinary swimming pool, onsen, and sauna with full cedar logs.
What was even more impressive was the generous and dedicated staff. They pampered us, treated us exceptionally at every opportunity. They all made us feel like special guests. ...
