"Good morning, in trying to give you the biggest and fairest picture of this property, I would say that overall we had a pleasant trip. The staff is extremely friendly and quick to respond to any of your needs. We felt the hotel had charm and a beautiful view as promised. However, we also felt that the facility was very outdated and in need of many repairs. During our four day stay, we reassigned three different rooms due to various issues. "I’m giving 5 stars for the restaurant staff for their stellar service and great food but 0 stars for the management staff. On the 2nd day we got a massive leak and maintenance said that that’s the room they having issues with leaks and they can’t fix it.The room also was very outdated with the tv only being able to stream YouTube. "As everyone has commented Janet and Sam were AWESOME hostess/host. Janet would go out of her way to answer questions to make your trip more enjoyable. Sam went out of his way to video chat with us when we took a wrong turn on our walk to Secret Harbor Beach. Two Sandals could use some updates, but the view and location were AMAZING. "Our stay at The Saint was great, the room was clean and had a beautiful view of the Sea. The balcony had lovely flowering plants nearby that were wonderfully fragrant which added a special feature to our morning coffee on the porch.
