"The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!"

"The front desk person was courteous, professional and very helpful. The chair in the room was broken and could not be safely used. The air conditioner was very very loud. The pool in back was disappointing because there was no shade at all. Parking was plentiful and easy. The airport shuttle driver was very friendly and efficient getting us to the airport. "

"The best part of the resort were definitely the staff. They were super nice and helped us figure everything out the shuttle staff were also amazing. The only staff member we had a small issue with was one of the pool staff but the other one who covered the cabanas that day was extremely helpful to the other pool patrons to cover. The facility was also super clean would definitely recommend this resort."
